We invite you to explore the renovated Theater an der Wien with an open day on 25 January 2025
We are back! With Johann Strauss' Das Spitzentuch der Königin, the MusikTheater an der Wien returns to its scenic repertoire. The second opening is the perfect opportunity to show you, our audience, all sides of the newly renovated theatre. We would therefore like to extend a warm welcome to you and invite you to discover the newly designed spaces. During the Open Day, we will transform the Theater an der Wien into an experience space for young & old. You can expect a varied programme to watch, explore, discuss and participate in. To make sure it doesn't get too crowded in the 1,000-seat theatre, we will be handing out free tickets for one of the two halves of the day. But we are sure that everyone will find a place at the Theater an der Wien!
