INTERACTIVE MUSIC THEATRE IN THE THEATER AN DER WIEN
Crime opera for children aged 6 to 10
We find ourselves in the estate of Count Almaviva from Le nozze di Figaro, where the wedding between his hairdresser Figaro and the gardener Susanna is about to take place. At the beginning, Figaro merrily measures the room, as in Mozart, but then he misses Susanna, who has suddenly disappeared. The Count reassures his hairdresser that the gardener loves plants more than men and will reappear. Figaro distrusts his aristocratic employer and turns to the detective agency of the Bassa Gang, who are modelled on characters from the Abduction from the Seraglio. Koko, Blondchen and Belmonte take over the investigation. Together with the children, they decipher ciphers, interrogate suspects, search for clues and combine clues. Who could be the culprit: the grim Marcellina, the master chef Bartolo, the handsome Count or the rogue Cherubino?
Music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (from The Abduction from the Seraglio and Le nozze di Figaro) and Gioachino Rossini (Il barbiere di Sevilla,0,',1,0), performed by singers, wind and string ensemble.
Price for children: € 8
Accompanying person: € 20
