It is possible to exchange up to three events free of charge as part of a subscription or cycle within the respective performance series. The exchange of dates is possible from 15 June 2024 at the latest one week before the originally booked performance at the box office of MusikTheater an der Wien (depending on availability; in the same category). Concerts and concert performances are excluded from the exchange.

We would like to point out that no subscription cards can be taken on commission. Please note that an exchange is only possible at the box office of the MusikTheater an der Wien (until 6 p.m.) and is subject to availability.

A subscription or cycle is valid for one season only. You will be informed in good time of any amendments to the terms and conditions for subscriptions.

The MusikTheater an der Wien offers selected subscriptions each season and reserves the right to change the number of events in each subscription, as well as the subscription terms and prices for the upcoming season. The events within a subscription may extend to the entire season; there is no entitlement to specific days of the week. The MusikTheater an der Wien reserves the right to make changes to the program and the schedule. Furthermore, it is pointed out that seats in the first row in front of the stage cannot always be guaranteed due to changes in the orchestra pit at short notice for artistic reasons.

Information submitted by customers is stored and processed by the VBW and affiliated companies especially for the purposes of customer management and for internal market research, marketing and advertising purposes. Such information will not be made available to third parties. Consent to this procedure can be withdrawn by post or email (oper@theater-wien.at) at any time. The MusikTheater an der Wien requests subscription holders to send notice in good time of any change of address or telephone number. No liability is accepted for delays in the delivery of documents sent by post.
