TaWoW - Off to the mask!
"Off to the mask" is also the motto for the youngest artists. Children will not only get to know the make-up department of the Theater an der Wien, but also Amahl and his friends from the family opera Amahl und die nächtlichen Besucher. The children themselves decide whether they want a star painted on the cheek or whether they want to look like a camel.

In the workshop "Amahl - Rhythm & Paint" music and painting merge. A percussionist not only plays melodies from the family opera Amahl und die nächtlichen Besucher, but also presents the versatility of his instrument. In the Hofstallungen, the audience can create their own works of art to the music.

Listen, move and experience is the motto of the workshop "TaWhoop - Sing & Swing!". Together we will immerse ourselves in the sounds of the family opera Amahl und die nächtlichen Besucher. We will get to know the two best-known songs and study simple choreographies to them. An interactive workshop for children from 6 years.
