Theodora wins at the Venice TV Festival
At this year's Venice TV Festival, our Theodora production from the 23/24 season won in the “Performing Arts” category. Stefan Herheim staged the oratorio in three parts by Georg Friedrich Händel. Jacqueline Wagner sang the title role. The internationally acclaimed countertenor and Handel interpreter Bejun Mehta made his conducting debut at the MusikTheater an der Wien with the La Folia Barockorchester.
