Opernwelt honors artists of the year
In Opernwelt magazine's annual survey, 43 critics have once again chosen the most outstanding artists of the year. We are particularly pleased with:

Lydia Steier staged Bernstein's critically acclaimed comic operetta Candide on the stage of the MusikTheater an der Wien earlier this year. Audience favorite John Osborn was last seen here as Polyeucte in Gaetano Donizetti's Les Martyrs.
We are delighted that star soprano Asmik Grigorian will be making her debut in the title role of Vincenzo Bellini's Norma on the newly opened stage of the Theater an der Wien from February 16. Our heartfelt congratulations to all the artists on this success!
